     Sichuan Weibo New Material Group Co., Ltd. has made great efforts to develop the high-performance glass fiber industry through 20 years of transformation and upgrading.       The company is mainly engaged in the production of high-performance glass fiber and its products, with more than 30 categories and more than 200 varieties. It is one of the enterprises with a complete range of glass fiber industry in China. It has mastered the internationally advanced independent core technology of glass fiber manufacturing, and the world's most advanced tank furnace wire drawing technology has been put into use, with more than 60 invention patents and practical patents.

2002年6月
我国首条马蹄焰池窑拉丝生产线，公司5000吨池窑拉丝工程竣工点火，开启“池窑玻纤”生产时代

2011年8月
竣工点火，该项目的成功建成，标志着威玻无论从产能结构，还是技术装备都迈上一个新台阶，进一步巩固了在全国排名第四的行业地位。

2002年6月
二期池窑工程正式投产。
2012年10月
海外短切毡生产线投产，第二条3.6米短切毡生产线于2014年12月建成投产，并有效规避欧盟反倾销。标志威玻外贸工作从单纯的拓展市场开发及客户，转移到建立国际销售渠道。
2004年2月
位于成都市大邑县工业园区的威玻集团成都玻纤厂搬迁改造一期工程竣工并投产运行 。
2012年12月
威远至诚新材料有限公司年产三万吨原料加工基地一期生产线正式投产，该项目的成功建成实现威玻池窑拉丝主要原材料的属地化，标志着威玻产业在纵深发展上再上新台阶。
2004年2月
年产1万吨的三期池窑工程正式投产。
2013年11月
投资4.5亿元、年产量5万吨的威玻七期池窑工程竣工投产。公司举办隆重竣工庆典及首次全国供应商、销售商大会，来自四川省及内江市的领导、各大银行和国内外的500多名客户代表齐聚威玻参加竣工投产庆典仪式。
2005年9月
年产1万吨的三期池窑工程正式投产。
2014年11月
随着首辆房车的诞生，标志威玻向房车制造和房车营地等高端服务业转型迈出了可喜步伐。该房车系自行式C型旅居车，集“衣、食、住、行”于一身，成功实现“生活中旅行，旅行中生活”。2018年内江市首个获得整车生产资质，截止目前，已形成年产房车500台生产能力。
2006年7月
威玻工业园第一个招商引资项目--四期池窑工程开工。
2014年11月
四川威玻新材料集团有限公司与四川大学共同组建“四川省玻纤复合材料工程技术研究中心”。
2007年3月
四期池窑正式投产。
2017年底
泰国池窑项目破土动工，计划2022年3月1日点火投产。
2007年6月
五期池窑工程开工。
2018年5月
四期池窑三改五技改竣工点火，项目总投资1.5亿元，产能提高2万吨，项目于2018年1月31日停炉，历经100余天奋战。
2008年5月
五期池窑工程顺利投产。至此，威玻集团池窑玻纤纱年产量已达9万吨，位居国内同行第四位。
2021年4月
六期池窑技改项目动工，4月30日点火投产，投资1.1亿元，用时60天，产能由原4万吨扩能到5万吨/年，净增产1万吨，至此，威玻集团玻纤实际年产能提升至22万吨。项目采用电助熔、空调系统静压送风等技术，持续提升物流、打包等环节提高自动化水平，并试验自动上丝，将实现经济效益与管理水平的双提升。
2009年9月
西南首根2.8米超大径玻璃钢夹砂管道在华原玻钢新基地诞生。
2010年11月
总投资2.5亿元、年产能5万吨的六期池窑正式破土动工。

      Weibo adheres to scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading, vigorously develops tank drawing and high-performance resin matrix and engineering plastic reinforced composites, and forms a one-stop deep processing system of "high-performance glass fiber - glass fiber fabric - glass fiber composites". The enterprise annually produces 170000 tons of alkali free glass fiber yarn, 40000 tons of glass fiber fabric, 20000 tons of glass fiber composites, 10000 tons of high silica glass balls and fibers, and 5000 tons of modified engineering plastics. The products have passed ISO9001:2008 quality system and Lloyd's quality certification (LR), and are exported to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and more than 20 countries and regions.
